Visiting Juliette Low's Birthplace

To match of activity theme, it started out a rainy day. By afternoon the sun was shining.

Some activities we completed in the Rainy Day in 1870 were:

* Dressing up in 1800's costumes.

* How to be a proper young lady

*Watercoloring (shown)

*Cut silhouettes and shadow pictures.

* Language of the fan

*Make tinsel pictures (shown)

* Create Victorian paper dolls

*Start an embroidery bookmark with your initials elegantly stamped on the fabric.

This session is recommended for girls of mixed age groups. It states Juniors but we had Juniors, rising Cadettes and a Senior attend.
