Welcome to Patchwork Designs, Incorporated.
We create embroidered patches,
patch programs, activity kits, and embroidered merchandise for
scouting, schools, historical buildings, museums, organizations,
and special events.

You may sketch or computerize a graphic for the design
of your patch or logo.
- First, chose
a shape that best fits your design.
We can also make a patch the shape of the item or
logo featured. This is called "laser cutting".
- Choose a size that meets your needs.
For example: A typical event patch size range
is a 2.5" or 3" inch circle or square
- Please diagram the colors need on the product
clearly with color and which item it pertains to.
You can see our thread chart for a complete list of
colors and types of thread that can be used on your
patch.
- Choose the backing type and patch background
color(twill) and type.
- pressure sensitive (peel & stick)
- heat seal (iron-on)
- PVC (sew-on)
There is a slight additional cost for the Pressure
Sensitive and iron on backs.
- You can submit
the idea of the design to us, and our design team
will e-mail you a couple items that may fit your theme
or idea.
- After the design and all the
requirements are submitted, a quote will be e-mailed
or mailed to the purchaser with in 48 hours according
to the quantity requested.
- If you have a credit card
on file, we will charge this card unless we are instructed
otherwise.

 Warning:
Color charts are large graphic files
All patches are allowed nine (9) colors, chosen from our
color charts. We offer over 350 thread colors. Please keep
in mind that the thread border of your patch needs to be
one of your nine colors.
Some of the common color choices (and their coorelating
color chart codes) are: green{231}, light green{228}, red{700},
orange{171}, brown{713}, yellow{502}, golden yellow{503},
purple{676}, pink{126}, light pink{124}, royal blue{366},
and light blue{362}.
Along with standard colors, we also have neon, variegted,
metallic, glow-in-the dark, and iridescent colors. We have
the following types of special threads:
glow-in-the-dark {white}
metallic {gold and silver}
variegated {rainbow, pink/purple, blue/white,
pink/white and many more}
- COLOR
CHART 1-3 (pinks,reds,oranges,aqua)
- COLOR
CHART 4-6 (greens, blues,beige,gray)
- COLOR
CHART 7-9 (gray, yellows and purples)
- COLOR
CHART 10-12 (includes metallics and neons)
Additional .10
per patch for the "glow in the dark" and metallic
threads.
If you request these threads the pricing will be included
in your quote.

You can chose 100% embroidered or twill (fabric) background,
and there are over 90 fabric colors to chose from. If
a color is not listed in the color chart. Please let
us know, we may be able to supply a color that is not listed.
We also have satin backgrounds, available in 42 different
shades.
(Choosing satin fabric will enhance your design, but will
also add additional fees)
There are price adjustments according to how much embroidery
is involved.
For example if there was only 50% of the patch covered,
the price would be lower than if there was 75% or 100% Embroidered.
