STEP ONE: Complete this form and attach a list of girls<names> attending the event. This is for name tags or bags to place their crafts in.
STEP TWO: Collect funds for event and make sure checks are payable to TROOP 3113.
STEP THREE: Mail form, check, and list of names to the above address. Please note that faxing or emailing the form will hold your spot, but the fee for the event confirms your spot. If we do not receive payment within 2 weeks after reservation by fax, email or mail, you may loose your slot. Typically we have a waiting list. We try to accommodate everyone interested, therefore the fee reserves the spot. There are NO REFUNDS for non attendees on the day of the event.** (See clause below)
STEP FOUR: You will receive confirmation via email of your reservation. Masquerade Ball participants, your troop number will be posted on our site and the item you signed up for. This lets everyone know what items are left. You will also receive a confirmation via email.
STEP FIVE: Complete permission slips for the attendees, show up and have fun! We will do all the rest. We will have a first aider available for each event.

Fundraisers are often already full, but please contact us just in case there was a drop out etc.
**REDUCING THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS--AFTER CONFIRMATION BUT PRIOR TO PAYMENT

as soon as possible to reduce your reservation. Your prompt notice that you will be bringing fewer girls will free up spots for other girls. After you notify us, please make the changes on your fee remittance to us and write the correct number in memo.
If the reduction of girls is less than 4 weeks prior to the event, we will not be able to issue a refund.
**REDUCING THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS- AFTER PAYMENT
You may ask other troops in your area if they have girls who wish to participate and substitute them for the numbers you originally registered. The substituted participants are responsible for reimbursing your troop, not TROOP 3113.
If you can not find other participants, please notify us so we can adjust our roster etc.
If we are able to replace your troop with another troop or replace other participants, you will be notified and you will receive a refund.
+++I understand when I attend the Victorian Event that the Samantha Movie and all American Girl items are Free and not included in the $16 fee. The showing of this movie is an educational event to encourage the girls in scouting to help those in need.. I also understand that this is a private event and the viewing of the movie is offered by invitation only. I understand I will not be admitted without a free ticket invitation. We encourage you to donate hats, mittens and scarves just like Samantha did in the movie.
The fee I am paying is for the crafts after the movie, located in a separate room and offered by Troop 3113. .
