For printed T-Shirts, there is a minumum order of 12.
With over 40 colors to choose from, our 50/50 cotton t-shirts
produced by Jerzees and Gliden have been used in various camps
and events. In addition to that we do offer several different
items of apparel from hats, sweatshirts, polo to denim shirts.

Add any one line embroidered name or title for
only $7 per shirt.
$1 for each additional line.
No minimum order required;

There is no returns allowed on all of our apparel
items.

We offer silk-screening and embroidery on most
clothing and hats. This includes T-shirts, tote bags,
sweatshirts, and jackets.
You may choose to design your own or ask our experts to
design one for you. |

Submit your design or idea to Patchwork Designs. After we
receive your information, we will send you a detailed order
form or you can complete the attached
form. NO SET UP FEE. We offer up to 10 colors.

Submit your order with your completed sales agreement and
deposit.
T-shirts are the same price no matter the size of the print
on the shirt.Our Full front or back designs are about 12 inches
in diameter.We offer up to 6 colors on a shirt. When chosing
your screen colors, please be careful in the color of the
t-shirts that are chosen.Please use our ORDER FORM located
on our website for ordering t-shirts already in stock. This
includes are promotional t-shirts or plain t-shirts.
Half of the total purchase amount is due upon order of shirts.
For several color choices and sizes, you may email or fax
us us a spread sheet.
A T-shirt order form and sales agreement will be emailed,
faxed or mailed to all customers. It will provide you will
all the information you need to complete your order.Your graphic
design will be emailed to you prior to production of your
t-shirts
