Inside Out Feelings Patch
1. Watch a movie or show that talks about your feelings inside and out.2. Participate in a sport or fitness activity. Examples: Walk, dance, gymnastics, soccer, work out with a DVD or a game platform. etc. 2. Create a healthy snack to eat after you work out, play a sport, or walk. 3. Have fun with friends and use your happy skills. Example: Get together with your friends and have a fun dance party, go bowling, laser tag or any other fun activity that requires moving around. 4. Help your family create a healthy meal. What did you make? 5. Have fun riding your bike, scooter, scavenger hunt, roller skating, hula hoop, jumping rope, take a short walk or any other fun activity you do at home or with your friends.
