2. Weave fabric, thread, twine, ribbon, paper strips or any other item using the over and under weaving method.


3. View pictures of weaving, embroidery, or woven textiles in person, books, or internet. How are they different or the same? What is your favorite design you viewed.


4. View weaving on a loom in person or online OR create your own project using finger or loom weaving.


5. Visit a fabric store and view the different fabric bolts. Find one that is soft, rough, and printed. What could you make from these fabric textiles?


6. Create something for yourself by using fabric or weaving method.


7. Visit a museum of historical place that has an exhibit OR teaches you about textiles or weaving.


8. Complete one of the following things: Create a braided item [like a friendship bracelet], OR latchhook a pillow or project, OR dye a fabric OR stencil or stamp fabric, OR crochet [weaving yarn in and out with a crochet hook] OR knit OR embroidery an item.
