Sock Drive Project
Community Service Patch Program

This patch represents all the hard work that goes into collecting socks to give to those in need. You can donate to local shelters and churches or send them to oversea orphanages and organizations.

Any mismatched, single, "gently worn" or new socks for men, women and children may be donated. The socks will be given to the Rescue Mission's Mobile Soup Kitchen and then passed out with every meal.

You can also create socks for "Operation Happy Socks," by stuffing catnip and polyester fiberfill in the toe of a sock and tying a knot at the end.
